Nerf Stryfe Geared Pusher Kit V2.1

$2.00
  • UPDATE 6/02/2026:

In field testing of a build I made using this kit, I discovered an edge case where the darts just didn't reach the flywheels.
I was using a Hawki Mini Stryfe kit, and a 43.5mm cage, which on their own barely reached the flywheels, but combined result in the dart not making it at all.
This issue probably wouldn't affect most people, but I figured I'd fix it anyway, even if only for myself.
The fix likely won't be noticeable in most cases, but it should result in better, more reliable feeding.
In my testing the Hawki Mini Stryfe kit, cages of all crushes, and full length setups were all unaffected when issolated on their own.

    Changes:
      * Moved the trigger guide post slot forward by 1mm
      * Extended the trigger gear rack by 2 teeth, to guarantee the gear can't slip off
      * Increased the gear ratio from 2:1 to 2.5:1
      * Moved the pusher gear rack by 2.5mm to accommodate the larger gear
      * Extender the pusher arm by 1mm

All of these changes in tandem result in about 6mm of added to travel to the pusher

  • UPDATE 4/10/2026: It was brought to my attention that there was an issue with the pusher skipping. Should be fixed now

This is a digital fileset. You will not get any physical items with your purchase.

If you bought V1 of this kit, reach out to me with your order number, and I'll send you V2 for free.

This kit has been thoroughly stress tested, and is guaranteed to survive 2,000+ shots with only minimal wear.

A kit to convert your Stryfe to have a geared trigger. This kit is fully compatible with all of the stock wiring. However, you may need to remove the dart lock, if it's there on your Stryfe. The mechanical mag lock will not interact with the trigger, as well.

Hardware required: Only what's already in the blaster

Triggers are based on drawings by Grimreaper2458.

The triggers are designed to be glued together, and may not work properly otherwise.

Your slicer may warn you about floating parts. This is because of the designed supports not directly contacting anything, and can be safely ignored. This is designed to print without added supports.

For print settings, just use whatever works best for you.
